Brain Dance Ballet

at Doe Creek Montessori

ages 2-6

Fridays 3:00-3:30 pm

Set the stage for lifelong learning and cognitive development with Brain Dance Ballet! This innovative class combines the elegance of classical ballet with Anne Green Gilbert’s BrainDance methodology, a movement framework designed to support critical brain growth during early childhood.

Our ballet curriculum incorporates fundamental movement concepts—body placement, space, level, size, direction, pathways, speed, energy, and performance—layered into playful and age-appropriate activities.

Through engaging BrainDance exercises and fundamental ballet techniques, children develop essential neural pathways that enhance memory, focus, sensory processing, and emotional regulation.

These cognitive and physical foundations prepare young dancers not just for success in the studio but in school and everyday life.

Unlike standard toddler ballet classes, Brain Dance Ballet prioritizes long-term developmental benefits by building movement literacy and fostering creativity, confidence, and joy.

Give your child the gift of a research-backed program that nurtures their growth and sets them up for a bright future!
