🐸🌼 Join us for a toad-ally unforgettable experience that will have everyone croaking with laughter and hopping with joy!

What to Expect:

Frogs and Fun: Be part of Frog and Toad’s heartwarming friendship and help tell their story through catchy songs and ribbit-ing dance numbers.

Snail Mail Surprises: Just like Snail with the Mail, you'll deliver smiles and giggles with every performance!

Quack-tastic Characters: From the playful birds to the cheerful frogs and toads, there’s a role for everyone!

Seasonal Shenanigans: Experience all the fun of the four seasons in one show – from winter sledding to summer picnics!

Ideal for students in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Cost:

Deposit $100 upon Enrollment

Rehearsal Tuition $108/month (Sept - Dec)

Performance Package (includes Frog and Toad Production and Winter Recital Performance, show T-shirt, plus costumes):

2 Installments of $163 processed on September 15th and October 15th

(multi-class discounts apply)

Rehearsals:

(rehearsal schedule times could shift slightly to accommodate rehearsal needs.)

From Sept 9th to Dec 9th

Group 1 (ages 5-6): Mondays, 5:45 - 6:30 pm

Group 2 (ages 7-10): Mondays 7:15 - 8:15 pm

Flex rehearsal time if needed: Mondays 6:30-7:15 pm

Tech Rehearsal: Thursday, Nov 7th, 6:00-8:00 pm

Dress Rehearsal: Friday, Nov 8th, 6:30-8:00 pm

Frog and Toad Performance(s): Saturday, Nov 9th, 2:00 pm and possibly 4:00 pm

3-D Dance Winter Recital: Sunday, Dec 15th

What Parents need to Know:

Any comfy clothes and shoes are appropriate for weekly rehearsals. Tan jazz shoes are preferred.

Frog and Toad Performance is Saturday, November 9th, 2:00 pm. We will add an additional show if needed to accommodate more audience members.

We will provide costumes for the show.

3-D Dance Winter Recital Performance is Sunday, December 15th. Students will perform one song from the show in the recital.

Rehearsals are held at 3-D Dance Celina Location: 3260 S. Preston Road, Celina, TX

Meet the Directors

Ethan Simpson

Director

Ethan Simpson is a professional commercial/TV/film actor appearing in multiple commercials, short films and print ads. He was a 2024 Broadway Dallas Musical Theater Award Nominee for his performance in Chicago the Musical. Ethan is a Frisco High School graduate who had the honor of performing in many productions with Frisco HS Theatre. He performed the roles of The Duke of Weselton in Frozen the Broadway Musical, Jay Gatsby in The Great Gatsby and Randle McMurphy in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest. Ethan also served as Improv Team Captain and Publicist for Frisco High School Theatre.

Ethan was a 3-D Dance student from ages 3 through high school graduation, and he now serves on our staff. He also directed the 3-D Dance production of Disney's Frozen Kids. Ethan studies Marketing at University of North Texas and is involved in local community theaters, including Watertower Theater.

Aminah Alvarez

Dance Director

Aminah Alvarez is a native of Dallas, Texas. She received a BFA in Dance and a BS in Exercise Science with a Specialization in Athletic Health Care at The University of Texas at Austin. She is an alumnus of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. Aminah performed as a company member with Dallas Black Dance Theater, and has performed multiple summers in the Mary Kay Cosmetics Annual Summer Seminar. Aminah has professional credits with The Dallas Opera’s production of Carmen and Hansel and Gretel. You can find her in multiple commercials, notably NBC5 Winter Olympics Texas Connects Us. Aminah is a founding company dancer of contemporary modern dance company, B. MOORE DANCE, and is currently is on faculty with The Joffrey Ballet School’s Texas Training Program. Aminah also serves as dance clinician and choreographer for Frisco High School Theatre.

Suzy Simpson

Advising Director

Suzy Simpson is a life-long dancer and performer who received a Dance Scholarship from the University of North Texas. After earning her B.S. degree in Human Development, with a Minor in Dance from UNT, Suzy pursued graduate studies in Performing Arts Administration at New York University in New York City, where she received unparalleled training at NYU’s Steinhardt School of Education and Stern School of Business.

While living in New York City, Suzy trained regularly at Broadway Dance Center, studied with the Martha Graham Dance Company, and enjoyed attending Broadway musicals as much as her schedule would allow. She is a former high school dance/drill team director with over 10 years experience instructing dance camps, judging dance auditions and judging dance competitions. Suzy also serves as dance clinician and choreographer for Frisco High School Theatre.
